WINEMAKING

A warm, dry season, following a run of La Niña years, saw crop levels return to the norm in ‘24. Fruit from Tamar Valley (Native Point, Auburn Road), Pipers River and Derwent Valley were
hand-picked, with 0–25% whole-bunch inclusion.
Parcels were fermented separately, with cold soak, and gentle extraction through ferment, prior to pressing off skins. Ten
months in French oak, predominantly puncheon (one-third new).
