'Taste the Symphony' Gift Pack

Created in partnership with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, this pack explores the connection between sound and taste. We've matched each of our three cool-climate wines with its ultimate musical pairing, to enhance the tasting experience.

Inside each pack, a QR code provides a link to a symphony performed by the Sydney Symphony Orchestra. Detailed tasting notes guide you through the pairings, explaining how the specific flavours, aromas, and textures of each wine correspond with the melody, energy, and pitch of its partner symphony, showing precisely why each one enhances the other.

This pack includes:

Collection Tasmania Sparkling Cuvée

With richness from a component of oaked reserve wine and brioche notes from time on lees. A soft and supply wine, it has delicate red fruits from Pinot Noir and some sweet lemon and oyster shell notes from the Chardonnay. All is balanced with fresh natural acidity and a clean finish. Good length and an abundant fine mousse.

Trial Batch Riesling

Bright pale straw colour, flecked with gold. Flinty minerality on the nose, infiltrated by honeycomb and subtle florality. Palate is framed by a steely acidity which is balanced with the richness of honeysuckle, orange blossom and light citrus. A pronounced lime rind ties all attributes together in a truly age worthy example of Tasmanian Riesling.

Trial Batch Pinot Gris

A bright, pale straw hue flecked with glittering green zest. The nose shows elements of citrus, grapefruit and nashi pear, supported by the lift of fragrant orange blossom. Generous fruit sweetness on the palate is framed by structured acidity, and a leading fine minerality which gives way to a long silky finish.
