- Promotion commences on 20 March 2024 and closes at 11:59pm 20 May 2024 (“Promotional Period”). All times throughout the Terms and Conditions will be based on Sydney local time, which will be AEST or AEDST (as applicable in Sydney on the relevant date).
- To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
- Purchase any 750ml bottle of Handpicked® Wines, from any liquor retail outlet, online store, restaurant or bar;
- Individuals must ensure that they receive a receipt for their Qualifying Purchase, if one is not automatically provided to them; and then
- Visit HandpickedWines.com.au/Symphony
- Follow the prompts to entry page;
- Input the requested details including their full name, email address, phone number and place of purchase; and then
- Upload receipt clearly showing the brand name Handpicked Wines was purchased during the promotional period; and
- Submit the fully completed online entry form.
OR
- Purchase any 750ml bottle of Handpicked Wines or a Handpicked Wine Flight, from one of the Handpicked Wines Cellar Doors;
- Individuals must ensure that they receive a receipt for their Qualifying Purchase, if one is not automatically provided to them; and then
- Visit Handpickedwines.com.au/Symphony
- Follow the prompts to entry page;
- Input the requested details including their full name, email address, phone number and place of purchase; and then
- Upload receipt clearly showing the brand name Handpicked Wines was purchased during the promotional period; and
- Submit the fully completed online entry form.

- Log in as a Rewards Club Member (previously called Passport Rewards Club) or Become a Member (and get 5% off)
- Purchase any bottle(s) of Handpicked wines
- Submit their order
- Member will automatically receive one entry for every bottle purchased
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
- Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
- Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one entry permitted per specified purchase requirement; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
- Entrants must retain a copy of their purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
- If entrants have purchased online at handpickedwines.com.au or via the wine club, entries will be automatically calculated and no receipts are required to be uploaded. Entrants must ensure they are signed in as a members to participate.
- If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
- The draw will take place on 22 May 2024 at 11am at G13, 3 Amy Close, Wyong NSW 2259. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
- The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Provisional winner will be notified in writing within seven (7) business days of the draw with instructions on how to claim their prize.
- Provisional Winner’s name will be published at handpickedwines.com.au on 23 May 2024.
- The first valid entry randomly selected, from all valid entries received, will win an iconic Sydney Harbour experience for 2 people with Handpicked and the Sydney Symphony Orchestra from the 2nd to 4th August 2024, valued at AUD$5,000. The prize includes:

- The Sydney Symphony Orchestra ticket prizes are subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restriction and film classification. The Promoter and event organizers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject the winner (and/or any companion) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize. The winner (and any companion) will be responsible for their own transport to and from the event venue and any costs associated.
- No more than 20 litres of alcohol will be won by New South Wales residents. Once/if 20 litres of alcohol has been won by New South Wales residents, cash will be awarded in lieu of the remaining alcohol prize(s) in New South Wales.
- The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy responsibly. Legal aged consumers are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health & Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines that are available at www.nhmrc.gov.au. Entry and continued participation in this promotion is subject to the licensee’s liquor serving policy.
- Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason the winner does not take or claim the prize (or an element of the prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
- If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
- The total prize pool value is AU$5,000
- Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
- A draw for any prize, if unclaimed, may take place on 20th June 2024 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. - Entrants agree that they are fully responsible for any materials they submit via the promotion including but not limited to comments, recordings and images (“Content”). The Promoter shall not be liable in any way for such Content to the full extent permitted by law. The Promoter may remove or decline to publish any Content without notice for any reason whatsoever. Entrants warrant and agree that:
- they will not submit any Content that is unlawful or fraudulent, or that the Promoter may deem in breach of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights, defamatory, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, sexually inappropriate, violent, abusive, harassing, threatening, objectionable with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, not suitable for children aged under 15, or otherwise unsuitable for publication;
- their Content shall not contain viruses or cause injury or harm to any person or entity;
- they will obtain prior consent from any person or from the owner(s) of any property that appears in their Content;
- the Content is the original work of the entrant or they will obtain full prior consent from any person who has jointly created or has any rights in the Content to the uses contemplated by these Terms and Conditions, and the Content does not infringe the rights of any third party;
- they consent to any use of the Content which may otherwise infringe the Content creator’s/creators’ moral rights pursuant to the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and warrant that they have the full authority to grant these rights; and
- they will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation, those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others' computer or communication systems.
Without limiting any other terms herein, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for any breach of the above terms.
- Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
- If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to the instructions of any regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
