Description

Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc was divided between Concrete Egg and Stainless Steel to provide classic Sauvignon structure with texture and body. Semillon, from the same Vineyard was fermented exclusively in Stainless Steel to preserve the structure. 

Bright lemon gold in colour. Pronounced citrus with white flower and savoury herbaceousness on the nose.

Palate presents the classic mouth watering acidity of Sauvignon Blanc which is tempered by the richness of preserved lemon and honeysuckle which give way to a subtle yet long almond finish.
