Chardonnay

A refined and elegant Chardonnay, the fruit from two diverse Yarra Valley sites combine for a complex array of citrus, stone fruit, honeysuckle and flint. The barrel maturation and time on lees ads texture, depth and oak spice which is perfectly balanced with a precise acid drive for a clean, long finish.

This wine was grown at two Handpicked vineyards - Highbow Hill on the valley floor at Yarra Glen, and Wombat Creek at Gladysdale in the Upper Yarra Valley. The fruit was handpicked and chilled before whole bunch pressing. The juice was fermented in French oak with partial malolactic and 10 months maturation.
