VINIFICATION

Cool, wet La Niña reduced yields by ~50%. Hand-picked fruit, destemmed, fermented in small open bins with daily plunging, then aged 11 months in French oak (barriques and puncheons).

AROMA & PALATE

Vibrant redcurrant and mixed cherry fruits with potpourri hints. Silky tannins and bright acidity deliver a clean, lively finish.
