With this Delle Venezie DOC Pinot Grigio we aim for preserving fresh fruit flavours and lively natural acidity. The juice was fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks and matured briefly in tank before bottling. It is best enjoyed fresh and is ready to drink now.
