• The grapes for our Sparkling Cuvée come from two organic-certified vineyards in the Tamar Valley: Native Point Vineyard and Auburn Road Vineyard. Native Point sits on sandy‑loam soils beside a wide bend in the Tamar River — delivering brightness and clarity. Auburn Road vineyards, planted on basalt‑weathered soils with subtle mineral complexity, bring depth and structure to the blend.

• Tasmania’s maritime‑cooled climate and long, slow ripening allow grapes to develop fine aromatics, balanced acidity and crisp varietal integrity. It's this “cool‑climate advantage” that makes Tasmania a perfect home for méthode traditionnelle sparkling wine.

What makes the Sparkling Cuvée special

Our Sparkling Cuvée is crafted from an equal blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir — an ideal pairing for méthode traditionnelle.

From the glass, it reveals lifted aromas of salted peach, juniper berry, spiced apple and lemon curd. On the palate, you’ll discover red‑fruit freshness, soft citrus and subtle oyster‑shell minerality — all wrapped in a creamy, fine mousse achieved after 20 months ageing on lees.

The inclusion of a parcel of oaked reserve wine adds a layer of complexity and a gentle richness, while the low dosage ensures elegance, tension and balance.
