As locals, we pride ourselves on creating expressive regional and site-specific, single estate wines, starting from our first vineyard purchase of the Capella Vineyard on the Mornington Peninsula in 2012.

A love affair with wine

When William Dong purchased Capella Vineyard, he had no idea that the first wine to be released would be an award-winning 97 point Pinot Noir. 

Our purchase of Capella vineyard was succeeded by the acquisition of an additional five vineyards in the Barossa, Tasmania and the Yarra Valley region.

Peter Dillon, our Director of Winemaking, commits himself to produce wines of the finest quality that embody the character and personality of the region or site. All of our vineyards are currently undergoing organic conversion, which is expected to reach completion by 2024.
