Woombye Truffle Triple Cream Brie
Jersey and Friesian milk, collected from three local farms is used to make a range of surface-ripened cheese. When the wheels are nearly ripe, they are cut in half and layer of black truffle paste is added. They are then further ripened, allowing the truffle to perfume the paste, creating an indulgent combination of rich triple cream and earthy truffle.
